About the Foundation

SAVE UKRAINE EU Charity Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Kris Beckers, Honorary Consul of Ukraine in the Kingdom of Belgium.

The mission of this foundation is to support Ukraine, its Armed Forces, civil society and governmental organizations in their struggle against the russian aggression and defending their European choice and right to preserve a free and democratic Ukraine.

KRIS BECKERS

The Honorary Consul of Ukraine in the Kingdom of Belgium, Belgian businessman Kris Beckers visited Ukraine many times before his appointment in December 2017.

Since his appointment, Kris Beckers has been developing ties of cooperation and networking between Ukraine and Belgium. He has made a very meaningful contribution to the development of closer cooperation between these two countries.

According to Kris, he fell in love with Ukraine at first sight, and was fascinated by its hospitality, history, cultural heritage and traditions that were passed down from generation to generation.

He was especially impressed by the openness of Ukrainians and their love for freedom and democracy.

Kris Beckers believes that Ukraine has a significant potential, and the task of rebuilding Ukraine is a priority.
